We are always thinking from the perspective of "what kind of teacher would I want for my child." The main idea that we always want to keep at the forefront of our work is that we are representing real people on both sides of the supply and demand.

We only represent teachers who honor their contract as well as the spirit of their contract with their school.
We understand that many times the most important thing is to get a competent, qualified educator in front of the classroom and we will begin working as soon as the contract is signed or sometimes even on a verbal agreement and a handshake.

Because we live and work in Latin America, we understand the challenges as well as the benefits of working the region. We always try to give the candidate a balanced perspective of both.
SCHOOL VISITS
We make time to visit as many schools as we can to learn about our client school, to get an idea of the school climate and what it feels like to be on the campus. We find that this helps us to become better advocates for the school as well as create a more personal relationship with the people we are serving.
Our desire is to create Win-Win solutions for all stakeholders involved.
