Webber’s Ed – Teacher Talent’s goal is always to keep the “Human” in Human Resources. We want to bring the best possible teachers for the students that we represent. We are always thinking from the perspective of “ what kind of teacher would I want for my child.” The main idea that we always want to keep at the forefront of our work is that we are representing humans on both sides of the supply and demand.

Our service to educators is always free. However, we are equally committed to educators as we are to the schools that pay us.

We only represent schools that honor their agreements with their employees as well as provide a safe and productive working environment for teachers.

We only represent teachers who honor their contract as well as the spirit of their contract with their school. We also understand breaking contract does not always imply that the educator is at fault.

Because we live and work in Latin America, we understand the challenges as well as the benefits of working the region. We always try to give the candidate a balanced perspective of both.

THE PERSONALIZED SERVICE

We understand that every school is not a fit for every teacher. We will not try to place teachers in a working environment that we do not feel is a good fit for them.

After personally reviewing the educator’s profile and determining that they are a fit for a school, we will contact that person and get permission prior to sending their CV to a school.

We will assist the teacher with accurate and honest information throughout the hiring process including letting educators know that they have been declined and the reason why if and when we have access to that information.

Our desire is to create Win-Win solutions for all stakeholders involved.

About Criminal Background Check Advisory

Webber's Ed supports the safety of all children, therefore our client Schools are encouraged to ask you for a criminal background check along with the submission of other documents that can affect the outcome of your hiring. Webber’s Ed – Teacher Talent supports our client schools in the gathering and use of this information so as to provide the safest learning atmosphere possible for all of our schools. The following checks are becoming standard part of the hiring process and it is suggested that candidates acquire these documents when they are in their home country or by mail so as to expedite their hiring process. These documents will need to be renewed regularly and there is a minimal cost.

  • Canada (RCMB Vulnerable Sector check)
  • England and Wales (DBS or ICPC)
  • Northern Ireland (Access NI Enhanced disclosure)
  • Republic of Ireland (Garda Vetting National Check)
  • Scotland (Enhanced PVG Disclosure)
  • Australia (Federal Working with Children Check)
  • New Zealand (Police Check with exception request)
