Human Resources Manager - Costa Rica - Immediate hire

Location: Costa Rica

Main Objective of the Position:

Create and develop a comprehensive planning and management of human capital, coordinate communication efforts and attention to all personnel and to provide Human Resource Management advice and assistance to the Leadership team and staff in order to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.


Duties and Responsibilities:

● Build a bridge between staff and the leadership team.
● Manage efforts of internal and external communication to attract new staff.
● Logistics support in school events regarding staff.
● Manage hiring process
● Coordinate the induction process for new staff.
● Organize staff activities
● Coordinate staff foreing migration processes
● Ensure knowledge of HR related legislation and practice is current.
● Ensure Directors and Managers are given appropriate support, advice and training on all HR / staffing related issues.
● Ensure that suitable staff / HR operational manuals are developed and with any HR processes and legal requirements.
● Ensure that all staff have Labour Contracts that are accurate, commercially sound, are clear to employees and comply with legal requirements.
● Ensure a suitable and secure filing system and HR database is in place for all personnel records and HR documentation and that copies are available.
● Undertake HR projects as required by the General Director and S.L.T.
● Ensure HR implications of projects are considered.
● Make sure Cezanne and HR KPIs are up to date.
● Responsible for the complete payroll process

Minimum Qualifications Summary Education:

● Bachelor’s Degree in HR Administration, Organizational psychologist or related field
● Proficient communicator both oral and written in English- Spanish.
● Knowledge of current labor legislation professional
● MS office
● Knowledge in payroll

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN SCHOOLS
