Our client school in Bucaramanga, Colombia is seeking a grades 4th grade Primary/Elementary homeroom teacher that can collaborate with a local teacher in a co-teaching model.
We are a PBL/STEM school where students produce and showcase projects quarterly. PBL/STEM training will be provided.
The successfull candidate will possess the following:
- A degree in Primary/Elementaryeducation or a related field
- Successful experience teaching Primary/Elementary students in a K-12 school type setting
- Professional level English language skills; speaking, reading and writing (C1 or C2 level)
- Experience with US curriculum is helpful
- A teaching certification for Primary/Elemenary teaching is desireable but not required
- Project Based Learning is highly desireable but not required
- STEM experience is highly desireable but not required
Our client school will provide foreign hire benefits for those candidates who qualify which will include:
- Salary will be sufficient to cover food, utilities and living expenses + $13,000 bonus 1st year, $14,000 2nd year
