Originally from San Jose, Costa Rica, Dolka Vindas is a bilingual international educator with 20+ years experience in the US and Costa Rica. After completing her master degree, Dolka relocated back to Costa Rica where she became an IB Certified Educator.
Throughout her career, Dolka has served in many capacities from teaching ELA, ESL, or Spanish to working directly in mentoring and training teachers as a college professor, an ESL Coordinator for a U.S. district, or as an instructional coach for a private school in Costa Rica.
As a veteran international exchange teacher herself, she brings her experience as a global educator and cultural ambassador into the recruitment of candidates wishing to locate a K-12 teaching position in the United States.
Based out of San Jose, Costa Rica, Dolka represents our bilingual teachers throughout Latin America.
